At ARS 2.0, we believe that learning a language is much more than memorizing grammar rules—it’s about stepping into the kitchen, sharing a story, and tasting the culture.
That’s why, on Saturday, March 21st, we are transforming our school into a creative pastry lab to celebrate the most beloved Italian dessert in the world: Tiramisù.
Why Tiramisù?
Legend has it that this "pick-me-up" treat was born to bring energy and joy. As a school dedicated to Art, Theater, and Language, we couldn't think of a better way to bring our international community together. Whether you are a student, a local Roman, or an expat, this event is designed to bridge cultures through the universal language of sweetness.
Three Recipes, One Global Community
During our special Saturday Tandem Party, we won’t just eat; we will create. We have selected three distinct recipes to represent our spirit:
The Classic (Tradizione): For the purists. Savoiardi soaked in espresso, layered with rich mascarpone cream and dusted with bitter cocoa.
The Orange Twist (Freschezza): A vibrant, citrusy variation that brings a touch of Mediterranean sunshine to the plate.
The Vegan Matcha-misu (Innovazione): A special tribute to our East Asian friends! This plant-based version replaces coffee with premium Japanese Matcha green tea, creating a stunning green-layered fusion that is as beautiful as it is delicious.

Our Tandem events are the perfect opportunity to practice your Italian in a relaxed, no-pressure environment. While whisking cream and dipping biscuits, you’ll find yourself chatting in Italian, English, Japanese, or Korean without even realizing it.
Are you ready to "get your hands in the dough"? Confirm your attendance via our [Meetup Group] or stop by the secretarial office at the school.
We can't wait to see you there.
Ci vediamo sabato!
